TB is thought to be just a cattle disease It is not. In this link you can find all the facts regarding the disease in Badgers and the overspill into other species including cattle, domestic pets and ultimately their owners. Farmers are not anti Badger, they are anti sick Badgers endangering all living mammals, which includes you and your cat/dog. Please take the time to read and educate yourself, this message needs to be in the public arena, we're not only fighting for our cattle, we're fighting for you, your children and your pets and ultimately a healthy badger population and wildlife reservoir: bovinetb.blogspot.com/?spref=fb

A small group of alpaca owners were so alarmed at the spread of bTB through their animals that they have set up their own website here: www.alpacatb.orgThe losses reported by this group do not collate with Defra's 'official' figures. Just 30 owners have lost in excess of 420 animals. Some have lost their entire herds.
