Between 9pm Sunday 12th and 8.30am Monday 13th February on Braiseworth Road, Braiseworth a blue Nissan Navara, registration AU52 EXL has been taken from a farmyard. The vehicle had a Truckman top added to the pickup back. A wacker plate was also taken and a grain store and shed were entered.

Police are appealing for information following the sighting of a suspicious vehicle in Metfield around the beginning of February. The vehicle – described as a very old Bedford TK fuel tanker, ‘dirty’ looking, with a dark green cab and writing along the side of the tank – was seen driving around the Christmas Lane area at around 10.30pm. If you recall seeing this vehicle or notice it in the area please contact Suffolk police on 101 quoting reference ST/12/292

I suppose if you are in any part of East Anglia, if you see a vehicle fitting that description it is probably best to ring the Police asap.

Between 10am Thursday 2nd and 10am Tuesday 21st February on Wissett Road, Chediston offenders have broken a window at a derelict building and then entered it. A shed was also broken into but no items were taken.
Also
On Wissett Road, Chediston between 1st November and 15th December 2011 offenders have entered a property undergoing renovation and taken a pedal cycle from within. Two tractors also had batteries removed from them and a radiator was taken from a tractor.
And
Between 12am Sunday 19th and 3pm Tuesday 21st February offenders have entered a farm in the Chediston/Rumburgh area. A tank had a lock cut from it and diesel was then stolen.

On Friday 24th February at 7.30pm on Wetheringsett Road, Thorndon offenders have cut a hole in a hedge surrounding a farmyard. Approximately twenty-two tractor weights were then taken from an open sided barn. An alarm was triggered and a car was seen to drive off at speed.
