Must say the garden's a mess just now with grass too long and cleavers apparently growing about a foot overnight. The roses seem to be liking it and a few other things to catch the eye - Mullein? This comes like a weed from seed every year, it's a biennial like foxgloves. The silvery leaves are rather nice even in dead of winter. Yellow Loosestrife? Quite invasive and I've seen it growing on road verges out-competing nettles, but a nice bold yellow. Sedum? This always makes a great show and the bees love it. Actually I'm not sure it's correctly called sedum, it's a low growing alpine type plane which is quite happy on walls for example. We've had it for 40+ years to my knowledge.

Mullein is definitely right. Ours are normally quite reliable about starting to flower at the bottom, and then working steadily upwards with time on the flower spike: your's seem to be a lot more erratic. However, there is (apparently) a "Mullein Moth", whose caterpillars live on mullein and not much else, and one or two of ours this year have been absolutely hammered by said caterpillars.
Can't be sure about the sedums without seeing the leaves, but the flowers look about right.
