The Renualt team are best off out of F1 have won nowt since Williams Renualt days.
Alonso is a strange character, i am not convinced of his honesty.
Briatore strikes me as full of self importance and to be honest i dont think Renualt will be mised from the sport , two less cars for the front runners to trip over

i have read your thought fd and just think about what you post another team real;y on them and are doing well but will have to change engine supplier for 2010 and we havbe lotus back and they are looking for a driver so watch what gopesand i would never put aragent class and has kept quiet about everything so do not class him as what you did

I am not suggesting that Alonso is arrogant at all. I believe he is one of the most modest drivers in the paddock. Briatore not so much modest at all.
As regards Proton (er i mean Lotus), they are not a Britsh team anymore and are using the Lotus name in my opinion for the wrong reasons.
It's a Malaysian owned team which will be based in Malaysia before the end of the 2010 season.
Seeing Lotus back in F1 is however a great thing and hoepfully, they will be a competitive team and not fanny around at the back of the grid and get in the way.
I have a tenner saying Alex Yoong or Fairuz will feature somewhere in their driver line up. Very talented

Seem Renualt got off scott free then. Good job there is no bias in the sport, would be fair if a rival team got a huge fine and a ban from the constructors championship for a less serious offence (oh no that did happen last year didn't it, still why even try to be fair when someone is giving you pallet loads of money)

Unbelievable. Risking the life of a driver, other drivers, marhsalls and spectators. Crazy decision. A monster fine was needed , if not a ban.

Glad i'm not that only ne thinking that the FIA have gone too far in their piss take of the rules of F1. I know Briatwatty has an indefinate ban (that'll be 2 years then), Pay Symonds getting a 5 year ban when he had already left the team seems trivial.
I am disgusted with the state of F1 currently and I cant see how FIA officals can hold their heads up in the face of this blatant corruption

Piquet can still drive in F1 as he hasn't had a ban. However given hsi exploits (and apparent lack of talent in comparison to teh other F1 drivers) he will struggle to get a drive IMO
As regards Fisichella, I cant see Ferrari keeping him over Kimi R. Alonso has on Ferrari. I reckon i'll be Massa and Alonso in the Fezza team and Kimi R(cant spell it not gona try) ill go to Lotus as their number 1 driver. Fizzy may join him or go to Mclaren or Renault, bt the Tifosi (ferrari fans) wiould love an Italian in the Fezza so we might see Fizzy in a Fezza given his recent talent. I can understand his not having a good showing in his first drive of the Fezza (remember no testing and that includes a new driver having a blast to get used to teh car)
Good luck to Hamilton tomorrow and to Fizzy an all (except Button of course LOL)

Didn't watch the qualifying until this morning........ Although Button didn't qualify too well neither did Räikkönen Could be interesting at the end of today to see how close the championship leaders are. I hope Hamilton does well and keeps taking points away from other the potential contenders

A slow one but a good result for both Brits in the end.
Three to go........... 15 points lead for Button and the championship
