Apparently there have been more date related bugs to start 2020 than 2000 - which was generally less of a problem than feared. Early programed devices often had a range of dates could be set and 2020 probably seemed so *futuristic* sounding they stopped there. That was OK with a cheap camera or digital watch but the practice was more widespread. newyork.cbslocal.com/2020/01/02/parking-meters-nyc-credit-cards/

I think I may have that...... Work has been very quiet to pick up since the 2020 started.
Luckily I have had enough to occupy me at home such as the boiler giving up in early Dec (or more like 'playing up' and me then refusing to spend any more money on it) and having to wait until last week for an engineer to come and fit a new one. We have made the choice to move away from the combi boiler and fitted a fantastic stainless water tank and an outside boiler - a Hounsfield Boiler which is made here in Suffolk and has an excellent reputation. To add further problems I had to kango the bathroom floor up on NYE to locate a leaking cold water pipe. This has resulted in me now replacing the lovely 70's yellow suite and making the shower bigger. All of hich is still a 'work in progress'.
Yes, I think we have certainly had a date related bug here.....
