Biff has arrived, he turned up at Blackmoor Gate and surprised me as he had a pretty little blonde in tow. he met her whilst traversing Dartmoor, a maiden in distress apparently, she had been in a coach party that stopped for lunch in Chagford, she was so taken with the place that she forgot the time and missed the coach, well she is quite petite and could very easily be over looked, anyway Biff came to her rescue and accompanied her off the moor, they seem to have struck up quite a friendship and she would like to accompany him on his travels. . I have made the bed up in the other spare room for her and she is rather nice. Biff has quite enjoyed his little sojourn on the moors and is ready for any task I set him he says, we'll have to see.!!!

Biff fancied a swim but changed his mind when he saw the state the ducks had left it in. He has had a word with them . Uploaded with ImageShack.usUploaded with ImageShack.usAlso checked the turkeys out or rather they checked him out. He hasn't done very much today, had a look around & met some of the feathered residents, tomorrow is offering to help stack some bales for my OH whilst he's away. It's nice to have company whilst OH is away.

Yes Joyce she's still here, doesn't seem much of a country girl but may be she's just shy.

Biff helped to stack some bales today, had to climb a ladder to get up on the bales. Uploaded with ImageShack.usUploaded with [URL=http://imageshack But once he got up there he was very helpful & did a good job stacking.

Don't want to worry you all but Biff took a tumble today, fraid he got a little carried away showing off his skills to Sophie,( his young lady friend ) climbed an oak tree, that wasn't the problem, climbed a rose bush to pick her a rose, sat down but didn't check for thorns before doing so & sat right down on one which made him lose his grip & he came a real cropper, I think it's just a case of him being winded & his pride taking a dent but have sent him off to A & E just to make sure there is no real damage, did land rather heavily but as his cap stayed in place don't think he banged his head but can't take that chance. Will post some more photo's when he gets back.

Uploaded with ImageShack.usUploaded with ImageShack.usimg215/5446/036fk.jpg[/IMG] Uploaded with ImageShack.usWell here is Biff enjoying himself before his unfortunate fall, glad to say no damage done just hurt pride. He has made quite an impression on my ewe lambs they think he's quite a good shepherd, does things nice & quietly so as not to spook them. Then he decided to climb an oak, apparently he did a stint as a lumberjack, was very clever at shinning up & down the tree. Pity he's not so good at romance, or is he, the rose bush wasn't much of a challenge, he just forgot about the thorns, anyway Sophie was quite concerned about him &spent all day yesterday tending to his every need, so maybe he's not so bad at romance, & apparently she is enjoying he visit, just very shy, but Biff's fall has brought out her caring side & they seem to be getting on like a house on fire now. Uploaded with ImageShack.usUploaded with ImageShack.usAs you see from the above photo's Sophie nursed Biff & did a very good job.

Biff has recovered & been taking it easy over the last few days, heard a ruckus coming from his bedroom last night upon investigation I found this. Uploaded with ImageShack.usApparently he & Sophie went for a quiet walk in the woods yesterday evening & met up with these characters, who he invited back for a little party,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! luckily they remembered to wipe their boots before coming in.

Yes Grumpy is there, second from the right, but Biff & Sophie are very impressed by Doc's bedside manner. So far Biff has stayed a " hansome prince " in Sophie's eyes, but you may be right about her being SnowWhite, never seen the 7 dwarfs down the wood before, does that mean I may have a diamond mine somewhere on the farm.
