It's a beautiful, sunny morning today Bob after torrential rain yesterday. Grass is growing like stink, just a shame it's so wet underfoot.

Don't say things like that Bob, just got the back of the barn put back up and certainly don't want it blowing out again. Still have the side wall to repair, then clean it out, straw down and put the cattle back in it. You take care, big hugs

This morning I'm afraid that's it for today Bob, I did take some this afternoon but between this morning and taking the camera with me this afternoon, it seems to have developed a black blob in the same place on all the pics, so I'm not sure what's going on there.

It sounds like a spec of dust on the sensor. If you're lucky it might move of it's own accord in a day or two. Sometimes it's partly static holds it in place. If not, the exciting part begins. You could take it to a menders but in most cases this is uneconomic. You could continue to ignore it. Or, try a sharp but gentle but firm tap on a table or kitchen work top. A gentle tap might do it, if not get a bit rougher Take a test shot and zoom in, if it moves a bit you'll get it away with another tap or two. It sounds drastic but they are more robust than you would think, with a bit of luck they would survive being dropped onto pavement or even downstairs. www.flickr.com/photos/4wdcowboy/6059948066/in/photostream
