In this area, we hope to give you the facts about Bovine Tb with links to scientific papers and other sites. For too long now Farmers have been portrayed as the baddies regarding badgers. Nothing could be further from the truth, they're custodians of the countryside complete with it's diversity of fauna and flora. They see and live with it on a daily basis. They are concerned about the effect of tb in the wildlife reservoir and the implications it has for all of us, including our pets. It's time to set a one sided argument straight, particularly in view of a potential cull of badgers. Farmers are not calling for a cull for no reason, they want to see healthy wildlife, including badgers, healthy cattle and ultimately a healthy you. If we sit back and do nothing to stop the spread of this horrible disease, it will have grave implications for all of us, whether you're a farmer or not. Some of the links on here will show photos of a graphic nature and may not be suitable for children. Please read the evidence and be aware that the badger lobbies are calling for the cull not to go ahead and quoting an outdated ISG report. We hope this gives you the information you need to make a balanced and informed decision.
