It describes the way the Cistercians kept sheep,the part played by the Knights Templar and the trading of wool across Europe. It also describes how the industral revolution started and the spinning and weaving of wool especially in Yorkshire. If sheep and wool today was as profitable as it was then, we would all be millionaires
