On Saturday 21st January between 7pm and 10.50pm on Sharps Lane, Horringer two offenders wearing balaclavas have entered a farmyard and smashed security lighting. Three outbuildings were then broken into and a John Deere tractor, concrete mixer, hedge trimmer, chain saw, pressure washer, orange Lawnmower and a shearing machine were taken. Also Between 7pm Saturday 21st and 9am Sunday 22nd January on Rede Road, Whepstead offenders have forced entry to two barns at a farm premises. A 14-foot Ifor Williams trailer, four chainsaws, two strimmers, three hedge trimmers and a quantity of power tools were taken from within.
