Lap of luxury for those sheep, Rgsp Love your flower pics too - and your photos, Cornishwelsh and Colliemaid. Hope Wendy gets a lot of fun using her pressie.

Despite the cold and snow, the myrabalan plums are beginning to open their flowers... ...and a few bits of hawthorn hedge are definitely in early leaf. The workshop end of the barn roof still looks a bit chilly though and the "outside" ewes and hogs aren't exactly pleased at the moment.

Bleak - yesterday - brrrr - you can see where sand washed out of the soil during the winter. Neighbour's sea of fleece - think that's probably parsnips. Further to the right - NE - and the 3 spires of Lichfield cathedral.

I wouldn't write her off OB, my Milly was a mixed twin and is perfectly viable. Infact she had her first calf last year.

I'd rear her on, your not going to lose either way and there's a 70% chance she could well be ok

Most of the crocuses are getting to be OTT, but these ones, planted in their pot last autumn, are only just reaching peak The Thomasiani in the lawn have been making up for a few years now, and make quite a display when the sun is out. Poppy and her lambs from last week, doing nicely I don't know who this ewe is, but her lambs look very contented
