I seem to keep doing short videos which don't really merit a thread but are kind of interesting especially when viewed weeks/months/years later. So will stick some of those in here.
Drain finding yesterday, I recorded some with gopro clipped on roll bar thing but it vibrated too much so not included.
Click 720 or 1080p if it doesn't go there unaided.

Neighbours wrapping bales late yesterday.
This is the place changing hands with farm sale 14th July.
The new tenant is actually the part time contractor doing this - but he isn't in the video he was baling but had gone to another job.

I have updated the action camera from gopro to Sony and it's stabilised internally, which makes a big difference.
The (Hero4) gopro's worst flaw was secret lock-up crashing which required taking the battery out when you found your last ten minutes wasn't recorded.
But keeping it somewhat steady was a big problem too - resolved in latest versions but I still don't like them.
Sony is quite simple to use and has vivid mode and natural mode - this is vivid but I think it's just too garish to be honest, however colours are quite accurate.

Still uploading one or two, it's easier now with more light and a few things going on again. It's funny I started this channel a good ten years ago when it was relatively easy to get thousands of views as there was only 27 other videos on youtube in those days  Now 2-300 is quite good going. One I uploaded last year from Malton has had a slightly concerning large number of views, it's from the market and a couple of nasty comments appeared from German vegans for some reason. Three short clips from today, this Charolais herd was being sold off not sure why - some were a bit rough but the bull was impressive and some nice cows in there.
(caution it's loud)
