Ravenswick - stately home appearing. This got underway about a year ago with demolition of a dilapidated Victorian villa style house. It's one of the largest (new) private houses to be built anywhere in the UK. It's all a bit shrouded in mystery as to who is paying for it all. The main building looks more or less watertight but the roof only went on a week or two back so many more months to go yet. Need to send the drone over those trees

Interesting old quarry near Hutton-le-Hole These sheer limestone faces are much used to teach rock climbing and abseil techniques, but no-one was there yesterday.

Wild daffodils yesterday. The odd one was showing colour in the warm spell late February, but it has taken until now to really get going.

Wild daffodils this morning. Considering the first ones opened a month ago still quite good, but this is a late shady spot by the river.

Frozen wild daffs at -4.7C this morning. It was less cold out of the valley bottom of course.

Farndale's rebuilt villagehall. I was surprised how large and airy it feels. State of the art heating system and insulation. Drys tone wall going up outside to keep sheep out
