Is that a Eucalyptus? We had one a few years ago which was supposed to be hardy - it grew about 6 feet in year one but didn't get through winter. Quite pleased really having seen how fast it grew!

well spotted 4WD, bought it from Woolworth's over thirty years ago. It blew down in the storm of 87 and the tree regrew from the stump
