There are absolutely loads around here.... As one of my lurchers is often demonstrating.... It's amazing how far off she can spot them. She often sits looking across that particular field looking at them....
I wish I had a better lens but funds won't currently allow.... having said that, they didn't come out too badly given the distance.

Great photo's Quadbod We don't get them around here either...mind you I don't get rabbits much either. I used to love to see them boxing could spend hours just watching.

Interesting pics there QB. IWe see the odd Hare here but never in such quantities. A gurt load of hares there then

Lovely to see hares in such numbers, qb - thanks for sharing these. Am very envious, as we don't get hares around here but I grew up seeing them and miss them larking about.

Never seen so many hares together, lovely pics. When I was a child riding my pony over the farm in the early morning before school I'd often see a couple of them boxing. They never took any notice of me on a pony, different matter on foot.
