A couple of days work has filled up the biggest part of my yard.... How's this for a crusher? 47 years old. The guy left the yard to go home... I would think he was a good couple of miles down the road before the flywheel stopped...... A different angle Now..... I have people coming to view the property on Thursday.... I hope they have imagination ;D ;D

We're crushing it first then trying to sell it.
Failing that Jimmy, the crusher owner, will cart it back to his yard. Have a few people interested - I think the machine does a good job.
It's the third time I've had him in to do a load or two... I had been leaving this heap plus another smaller one until somebody wanted the stuff but needs must.
People seem put off by two large heaps of rubble..... I can't imagine why!!

OH has just taken the damaged roughcasting off one outside wall and that will be used to fill 'hen bathing' holes in the drive. They don't seem to like the stones ;D so find new spots of course

Qb - I have a rather large pile of concrete, from the floor of one of the old sheds. Probably one day's work with a crusher - what would you guess the rough daily charge might be ?

He usually charges £4 per ton to come and crush it.... for a fairly large heap. Prices seem to vary wildly though. I hadn't been in a particular rush to clear this lot and originally thought I would leave it until somebody wanted it. Keep your eyes and ears open locally and see if you can get somebody to do yours as the 'second job' in the area - That way you may be better placed to get a deal. That's how I first met Jimmy
