Once you have registered and your account has been approved, you will receive a welcome email. On receipt of the email you are free to enjoy the forum. Please make sure that the email address you register with is correct.

Step by step instructions on how to register:
When you go to the home page it should say at the top Welcome guest please log in or register, select register. It will then take you to a registration form which asks for your user name, password, password again, email address, email address again, birthday, gender below this you will see a captcha box, type in whatever is in the box, tick agree and then press create account. Your account will then be sent through for approval.

To check whether your registration has been submitted for approval go to the info centre at the bottom of the home page, on the right hand side you will see total members and below this newest member. Your user name should appear here if your registration has been completed/submitted correctly.

How come i'm registered on this forum but the home page has me logged in as a guest? Not that i'm bovvered but i seem to have been reduced to the quick reply box and not the full smiley one with all the bells and whistles.
I feel like a naughty person sent to the corner of the room. <laughs smiley>

Re the reply box - the quick reply is open at the bottom of the thread for all of us, but there is a 'reply' button at the bottom of the last post, bottom right in the grey bar - that brings up a new reply box with all the smileys etc The 'quote' button at the top of each person's post will also take you there with that particular post in 'quotes' if you wish to answer something specific. Hope you can understand my wittering

I'm not sure if this is quite what you are looking for as we are mostly Off Topic - the main forum for discussions of agriculture is here: farmingforum.co.uk/forums/index.php - we tend to call that our mothership
