Hmm. Not sure that I know what "burnout" and "fishtail" tricks are. Can anyone enlighten?

This is supposed to be "fishtails"
and this is apparently "burnout"
It looks to me as if it's an exercise in ripping your tyres to bits.

A burnout is where you rev the engine (just before the redline), dump the cluch with the handbrake on thus spinning the front wheels (assuming FWD) and creating lots of tyre smoke. Fishtail would be either usingthe handbrake and breaking traction with power to the rear wheels (RWD) causing the rearof the car to slide sideways. This is sometimes caled drifting Lynn do not try this in your P100 rearwheel drive or not!!

Still none the wiser as to 'fishtails' and the second video looks like someone sliding around on a very wet day. Still I found this: It seems the idea is that you leave most of your tyres on the road.
