Morning all - last time on PC for a bit as Royal Cornwall beckons. And if anyone is browsing this (obviously I don't mean proper BFF members!!) with a view to turning the place over while am away, don't bother as the house sitters are in and the canine force has increased from two to four - I wouldn't take them on!!!
Lovely morning but there's a bit of extra cloud around, so hopefully the journey down won't be too bad for the cattle.
Spent all yesterday cleaning the cattle and making piles of stuff to go while partner was going mad trying to get all jobs done.... like a military operation, going away from a farm isn't it?!?!?
Have a good day, everyone!

Good luck with the show GR, will expect a full report when you return, right down to the candy floss stall ;D. I know exactly what you mean about planning a military exercise, had one day off last year and the planning was horrendous.

Good Luck to all you Show Birds!
Good afternoon to you all too.
Outside painting finished, surveyor due this afternoon, weather OK, bit duller and a nice breeze but dry.
One baby pheasant went on a lone mission last night by escaping and frightening itself - back with rest now so hope it doesn't die of delayed shock.
The 'guinea pigs' will soon be romping aroung stockslave.
