Very true. If you don't have to work in it and have time to admire it's beauty it's great. When your lugging bales of hay to ewes and the water pipes are frozen, the horses are walking on stilts where the snow has balled in their hooves etc., it's a pain in the proverbials.
And why is it that it doesn't make much difference how late I lamb, it always seems to snow?
