Well done, they are gorgeous I did get a bit of a shock though, your Beth is very similiar to my old Tess. I'll try to get a photo on for comparison later. Do you know Beth's breeding?

When I have sorted posting on here, I will put up some more pics, the puppies are much bigger now. Beth came from Carmarthen, from trialling parents, her full sibling from another litter was Welsh nursery champion in 2006/7.All her litter mates were exported. She is quite small and was the least well marked puppy,I have not sent for her pedigree yet . She is by Mike Hall's Barnaby no 240967 out of C R Griffith's Jill no 227954. Before my brother died I used to take Beth to Wales for training,at her first little trail the sheep went into the refreshment tent which caused a bit of a stir!! It was my fault,I was not quick enoughwith the whistle.

Here's my girl: She came down from Macclesfield and had been bred from a line of international parents. Her mother was Lizzie reg no. 244774 who was out of Tweed No 221254 and sired by Shep No 209872 both owned by J Gilman. I've never bothered with her pedigree either, I just needed a dog to work the sheep here. I love the ancidote regarding the refreshment tent lol.

They are like quicksilver, now you see them now you dont!! Their favourite place to play is under the old barn ,I have to get down on hands and knees to get them out.Fortunately they think I have crawled in to play so are easy to catch.

Have you homes for the others? More to the point are you tempted to keep one or even two?

I am very tempted to keep the smallest one,(the dark digging pup) she is very friendly and loves to go with you on walks.I already have three and must harden my heart and let her go.The other two have a lot of white on their faces which some shepherds dont like, but they are the ones with most instinct, they wear the hens and yard cats.
