Good Morning everyone . It's a bit damp underfoot and misty here this morning and the barometer is dropping. I understand we have more rain to come. The bucket babies that I bought on Tuesday are doing well and just beginning to realize that I'm mum, so it's back to being slimed again. Don't I just love it ;D. I'm onto intensive kennel visiting with my other little welsh bitch whose due to whelp in eight days time, hopefully when the time comes she'll realise that the kennel is the place to be, well away from the others. Whatever your doing today, have a good day and stay safe.

Morning all!
Rained all night, drizzle now but I've just emptied the water buts and 1000litre tank into the pond ready for another filling!

Morning all. Damp and dank, but not as much rain as expected or needed. Hope for some more later. Barometer very low, which is good.
Take care everyone.

Good morning, threat of rain here, cooler, breezier and duller but still some blue sky. It hardly gets dark now so poultry out a long time!

Morning Stockslave and anyone else lurking. Rain most of the night I think, after a wet day yesterday. Great if your silage is tucked up tight in the clamp ; not so good if it was cut Tuesday / Wednesday. Have a good day everyone.

Morning everyone! Finally stopped raining here, so will be able to turn new foal and mare out shortly. Am really sort of paddocks at the moment, as we haven't done first cut yet and usually the mares and foals are away being covered again at this time of year but not sending any off this year, so it's getting to be tricky!!
Clipped all the show cattle out now, more washing tomorrow. Decided to leave one of the heifers at home for Devon County as she needs more weight but hopefully she'll be right for Royal Cornwall - she's my star! All the first time showing cattle were really good to clip out - stood well and didn't fidget much at all. Just one who doesn't like the show stick but reckon she'll give in by next Thursday....
ope it stops raining for your wedding tomorrow, Birty!
