When people have and can afford an abundance of food, they have such fancy ideas. If Mr. May were hungry, He'd eat anything including one of his best friends. (I mean one of the black and white fluffy ones)

I see Coronation street had a thing about the Weatherfield Vegan Society the other night. Are they going to try and push it, I wonder?

Keep your eyes peeled, they must need a change from all the ‘other’ stuff that’s pushed in every soap. I don’t watch that particular one!

I was alerted to that story on Facebook.
I was surprised to see Riverford had put a post on their page as per:
Ratatouille for dinner? No thanks!
Aldi have recalled 38,000 bags of frozen veg after a customer found parts of a rat inside one. With long, complex supply chains we imagine it will be hard for Aldi to determine where and how this happened.
We can't guarantee that you won't find the odd farm escapee in our organic veg boxes, in the form of the odd snail or aphid, but we can tell you exactly where each and every vegetable was grown and harvested, and that you won't find any lurking rodents!
To be honest , I didn't think a company like Riverford would have put a thread like that on their page - so I just had to comment.... There but for the grace of god etc etc....

Please tell me of anywhere that rodents don’t lurk maybe not actually swimming in deep sea unless fallen off a ship?
